Easy. Use a blow dryer, heat it up and peel it off.

Well it is a concrete of sorts. Any way ,take a wooden shim or just a pc od wood to hold on to. gently scrape the heavy stuff off. After that use a white nylon pad and '; scratch '; it off dry. Untill you get the heavy stuff off water and cleaners will have no effect on it. using wood will prevent marring of the tile like any metal will. You can leave marks on tile that will not come off if you use anything metal.. After the heavy stuff is off the nylon pad will take some more off and then the haze you can get w/ water. Heavy stuff in the joints remove carfully w/ utility knife by digging it out.. Sweep dust out well before grouting GL
You'll probably have use some kind of solvent. The second answer sounds like ceramic tile so I don't think it applies here. Heat will also soften it but you have to be careful enough not to melt the tile. Maybe a hair dryer right on it will be enough with a putty knife to scrape.
buy a can of brake %26amp; parts cleaner and a putty knife. it will take some elbow grease. hope it works for you.

I work at an R.V. repair shop. I used this cleaner to get the dried on spray adhesive they use to glue the fiberglass panels to the rv's.
I don't know if it will work now that it has hardened, but Goo Gone might work. Its works well on most adhesives so there is a chance. Other than that, good luck.
