How do i get the adhesive off the wood floor from tiles?

there several ways can do that.

the first one is spray water on the wood, after 2 or 3 days getting rid of the wood from tiles with a spade or axe or knife.

the second is pouring some gas at wood , then make a fire, then the goal comes also.

the third is using strong acid eat the wood bit by bit.

I use to refinish wood floors, if it is the old wood floor(not the new Laminate) the best way to do this, is go to a rental store and rent a sander. This looks like a big buffer, but it sands instead. It is the best way to get the glue off. Be sure and get several sanding pads or belts if that is the type they have. The belt is the best. Be very careful though don't hold it in one place to long cause you can ruin your floor, but if it is done evenly it will turn out beautiful. mineral spirits, get the odorless kind, but use ventilation, any hardware store carries it.
use a scraper or a belt sander or there may be some solvent you can use but if your going to stain and finish it anyway SAND it... Have fun... And dont listen to tom...WATER!!! GEEZ
