Does anyone know if you can use floor self adhesive tiles on the wall and vice versa?

Trying to figure out the difference between the two and wheteher or not they can be used on either placeDoes anyone know if you can use floor self adhesive tiles on the wall and vice versa?
Yes you can without any problem, but with wall tiles you don't usually want to use them on floor because they are thinner and made differently so they can crack when somebody stands on them . But with vinyl should be no problem, you can use them on wall and floor or any other surface.Does anyone know if you can use floor self adhesive tiles on the wall and vice versa?

I can't really think of why not- though a lot of wall tiles tend to be slick and so risky to walk on, especially when wet.
