How to replaced damaged vinyl tiles on kitchen floor (self-adhesive)?

After laying down individual tiles in the kitchen, I moved the refrigerator back to its original location. Doing so scuffed some of the tiles. I may have some leftovers and was wondering if it were possible to pry up the ones that are marked and replace them with the leftovers while keeping the tiles aligned and even level with the rest of the floor? These are marked tiles that can be removed with cleaning supplies, they have deep grooves. How to replaced damaged vinyl tiles on kitchen floor (self-adhesive)?
use a heat gun to loosen the adhesive and peel the tile off. Make sure you remove any adhesive residue from the floor. Allow the area to cool before putting the new tile down. How to replaced damaged vinyl tiles on kitchen floor (self-adhesive)?
use a hair dryer on med heat or high to soften the tile

pry it up
yea you can but you will have to use eno adhesive so that it lays flay again. pry it up , clean it , squirt the glue , lay the vinyl , then put something heavy over it and allow it to dry.
Use a heat gun to warm up the adhesive so you can easily lift the damaged tile and then replace it with another tile.
I hate vinyl. Getting better floors is really not that expensive. I love good ceramic or marble or even wood floors. Vinyl if not applied correctly will start to shrink and leave gaps and slide. A better floor (meaning skip the vinyl) will also had more value to your home than the ceramic floor would cost. It would be a good investment.
