What is the best way to get old tile adhesive off concrete floor?

If you mean adhesive from vinyl type (or sheet), you can buy adhesive remover from Lowes/Home Depot.

If you mean adhesive from ceramic tile which is mortar, then you will need either a hammer and cold chisel or an angle grinder with a grinding stone which has diamond bits impregnated into the wheel. Wet the surface to be be grinded or else you will have dust everywhere...........What is the best way to get old tile adhesive off concrete floor?
